Homeowner FAQ's

At closing, you were given information on the homeowner's association including their contact information, by-laws, and rules and regulations.
Please submit a service request form by clicking the link below. Someone will reach out to you within 2 business days.
If your service request involves plumbing, HVAC, or electrical systems and it is an emergency; please contact the subcontractor using the information provided to you prior to closing or located on your mechanical system.
Maintenance FAQ's
We suggest upon move in to download the list below to record information on the systems and appliances located in your new home. This will help keep track of the manufacturer, model and serial number to make calling in for service a breeze. Keep this list located in an easy to find location with the manuals and warranty information. Your major mechanical systems, such as the HVAC, should also have a label to include a service provider's contact information.
We suggest doing seasonal maintenance to make sure that your home systems run smooth and your home lasts for years to come! Check out some of these tips and remember, if the manufacturer recommends something different, always go by the manufacturers manual.
We recommend following any care instructions given by the flooring company to maintain your floors. We've included some DO's and DO NOT's when caring for your floors but manufacturer's instructions always come first.

Warranty FAQ's
2-10 Home Warranty is the company that is used for your home warranty. New builders provide a 10-year home warranty coverage period which covers workmanship for one year, provides a two-year system, and a 10-year structural coverage.
To request service, log in to your Homeowner Portal account, select the system or appliance that needs service, answer a few questions, and we’ll dispatch an authorized Service Contractor to your home.
You can find your home warranty by logging into the Homeowner Portal and selecting the Download Service Agreement button on the home page. Your home warranty info becomes available 30 days after the effective date.
Our warranty is transferable. Please note the warranty term date is the settlement date for the original owner. You should obtain this information from the seller at the settlement so you are aware of what aspects of the warranty are still available to you after your settle
As a homeowner, it is your responsibility to perform all care and maintenance tasks for your home. Additionally, specific aspects of your home are covered separately under our limited warranty for 1, 2, and 10 years. You are also entitled to manufacturer’s warranties for certain items in your home.
